Vascular complications in the brain

Due to the activity of the immune system, after the injection of COVID-19 vaccines, especially adenovirus-based type, thrombocytopenia, cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, ischemic stroke and intracerebral hemorrhage, have also been reported. The proposed mechanism for thrombocytopenia is the synthesis of IgG antibodies against platelet factor 4 (PF4), which activates platelets and blood clots in large venous arteries...

Acute neurological disorders
