COVID Update from the British Columbia Recreation and Parks Association

"Remember, the purpose of the PoV [proof of vaccination] card is to incentivize residents to be vaccinated, not to control the spread of the virus. Virus spread is controlled through vaccination, physical distancing, masking, hand hygiene. By temporarily limiting a variety of discretionary activities to those who are vaccinated, the Province of British Columbia expects to increase the inoculation coverage to a safe range for resuming full societal activities."
