Case Presentation: A 38-year-old female patient from Jordan with a known case of asthma presented to the emergency department (ED) on May 22, 2021, due to 5 days history of fever (38.5-39°C) associated with chills, rigors, dry cough, shortness of breath, and neck pain with mild chest discomfort. The patient’s history was negative for flu, sore throat, headache, photophobia, gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms, ear pain, or discharge. The patient received mRNA-1273 (Moderna) vaccine first dose on March 26, 2021, confirmed COVID positive case on April 27 and received mRNA-1273 (Moderna) vaccine second shot on May 12, 2021..."
